ORAL ORDER
Petitioner is the plaintiff who institutes suit in O.S. No.3330/2025 seeking for injunction is at the doors of this Court on the score that the concerned Court refuses to grant ex-parte temporary injunction answering an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of CPC. This Court in order to protect the interest of the petitioner had
directed the parties to maintain status quo in terms of the
order dated 18.06.2025. The respondent has now entered appearance.

2. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition directing the concerned Court to consider the application that is pending filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 seeking temporary injunction after hearing all the parties to the lis at any rate within an outer limit of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
3. In the light of the interim order of status quo subsisting, the same would continue for a period of six weeks from today.
4. All contentions of both the parties shall remain open to be urged before the concerned Court. Ordered accordingly.
