The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the directions being given by the Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore South Sub Division, in terms of Annexure 'C' bearing No.R.A.(S)176/2024 dated 30.07.2024, and a - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33735 WP No. 21298 of 2025 corrigendum order at Annexure C1, directing the Tahsildar to effect mutation entry in the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, no orders have been passed by the Tahsildar. 3. It is seen from the order at Annexure C dated 30.07.2024 that the Assistant Commissioner found that the acquisition in favour of Bangalore Development Authority insofar as the petitioner's property is concerned, was set aside at the hands of this Court in Writ Petition No.8944/2016 dated 23.04.2024. Therefore, the Tahsildar was directed to re-enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the fourth respondent - Tahsidlar, Bangalore South Sub-Division, Bangalore, to pass necessary orders and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in compliance of the directions issued by the Assistant Commissioner at Annexure C, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33735 WP No. 21298 of 2025 two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
