Applicant has sought transfer of the said suit from Dehradun to Haridwar on the ground that applicant is unemployed and it will be difficult for her to travel all alone to Family Court, Vikas Nagar, Dehradun. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that respondent has no objection if the aforesaid Original Suit is transferred from Family Court, Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun to Family Court, Haridwar. 6. In view of concession recorded by learned counsel for the respondent, the transfer application is allowed. Let the record of Original Suit No. 76 of 2024 be transferred from Family Court, Vikas Nagar, Dehradun to Family Court, Haridwar. 2025:UHC:3980 7.
