THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOOD AND CIVIL SUPPLIES TUMKUR DIST., TUMKUR - 572 101. …RESPONDENTS (BY SMT. K.P. YASHODHA, AGA) THIS WP IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ISSUE WRIT OF CERTIORARI OR SIMILAR WRIT, ORDER OR DIRECTION TO QUASHING THE NOTIFICATION DATED 29.10.2025 MADE IN NO.FSA E-PROC/WHOLE SALE TENDER/01/2024-26 ISSUED BY THE 4TH RESPONDENT PRODUCED AT ANNEXURE-A AND ETC., THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "1. Issue writ of certiorari or similar writ, order or direction to quashing the Notification dated:29.10.2025 made in No.FSAE- PROC/WHOLE SALE TENDER/01/2024-26 Issued by the 4th Respondent produced at Annexure-A. 2. Pass such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Authority deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54669 WP No. 38298 of 2025 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the attempts made by the petitioner, the amount when sought to be fed into the portal for uploading the tender documents of the petitioner was taken only as Rs.32.05/- and as such, the tender documents would not be processed by the respondents since the cost per quintal as per the tender document is stated to be Rs.35.05/-. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that several other tenderers have submitted the proper bid of Rs.35.05/- as cost per quintal. 4. If that be so, it cannot be available for the petitioner to contend that the system did not accept the figure of Rs.35.05/- and instead accepted a figure of Rs.32.05/-. The petitioner cannot take advantage of its own wrongs and seek the relief which has been sought for; the petition stands dismissed. SD/- (SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) JUDGE JY List No.: 1 Sl No.: 19
