Heard the learned advocates for the parties. 2. We have considered the materials on record. Co- accused has been granted pre-arrest bail. Petitioner is not the principal accused and stands on the same footing with co- accused who have been granted pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.
