The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ, order/direction to the district consolidated officer Patna or concerned authorities of the said Circle Patna High Court CWJC No.14349 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/3 officer as well as concerned authorities to correct the name of Khatedar in present Khatiyan of the above said land in question in term of all current. Govt. Records are in the name of Lalit Mohan Prasad, Shambhu Nath Shay, Ravindra Kumar Sinha, S/O Suraj Mandal Prasad, father and brothers of petitioner No.-01, vide Annexures 01,02,03,04 and 06 which are the Judgment of Munsif and registred sale deed of the land in question as well as the present running Jamabandi of the said land in question, bearing Jamabandi No.-18, Computer Jamabandi No.- 212140400045459, Revenue Rent receipt is up to 2024 of the said land in question, bearing Mouza- Mahrajganj, Anchal-Naubatpur, Thana No. 153, having Khata No.-37, Area- 06 Acers 91 decimals, Name of Jamabandi Raiyat is as recorded in register-II. (ii) issuance of an appropriate writ, order/direction to the concerned authorities to correct the name of present khatedar in khatiyan which has been wrongly mentioned in the name of Patna High Court CWJC No.14349 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 3/3 Gair majurauaa Aam, of land in question. (iii) For any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner found entitled to may kindly be allowed to the petitioners.” 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the respondent no. 4, the Collector, Patna for the redressal of the grievance alongwith all the relevant documents. 4. In that background and in view of the limited prayed made by the petitioners, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the concerned respondent, the Collector, Patna who shall after noticing/hearing all the parties including the State shall take the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
