The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from in anyway interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land comprised in S.No.13/3 of Selathampatty Village, Salem District till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.630/2023 pending on the file of the 2nd Additional District Munsif, Salem. 3.
