Mr. Jahangir Iqbal Ganai, learned senior counsel, appearing for the appellants after arguing for sometime, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this appeal with liberty to pursue the matter before the Writ Court provided the appellants are impleaded as party-respondents in the writ petition and the matter is disposed of by the Writ Court at the earliest. Statement is taken on record. 02. Having regard to the submissions made by learned senior counsel for the parties, this appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The appellants before us are impleaded as party-respondents in the writ petition. They shall be at liberty to file objections within a period of one week. Learned counsel for the respondents (writ petitioners) shall file fresh memo of parties. 03. The date already fixed in the writ petition is preponed and is directed to be listed on 7th May, 2025 04. We request the learned Single Bench to consider the matter for final disposal on the next date. 05. The caveat shall also stand discharged.
