Having carefully perused the aforesaid communication, this Court finds that relief, as sought in the instant petition, has been refused on the ground set out in the order. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Faced with aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, laying therein challenge to afore order passed on the representation of the petitioners.
