HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 20144 of 2025 Court No. - 77 HON'BLE SAURABH SRIVASTAVA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners, Sri Rahul Mehrotra, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted, in a very fair manner, that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are not living together, although several efforts have already been made against petitioner no. 2 for putting him into unwarranted litigation, but those matters are not amenable before this Court. So far as extending the prayer as made through the instant petition, the same is not maintainable and as such, no prayer mentioned in the petition can be exceeded. 4. In view of aforementioned facts and circumstances, the writ petition stands dismissed.
