Heard learned counsel for parties. 2. In compliance of the last order of this Court dated 04.02.2025 petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit bringing on record medical certificate regarding lower back pain issued by Swami Vivekanand Smarak Rajiya Chakitsalaya, Bhelpur, Varanasi dated 06.12.2023. 3. From the perusal of the medical report it clearly transpires that petitioner was advised 10 days rest. In these circumstances therefore, the grievance of the petitioner that she could not participate in the Physical Standard Test held on 13.12.2023 appears to be genuine one. 4. In the given facts and circumstances therefore, when the petitioner has applied for seeking compassionate appointment, I dispose of this petition with the direction to the concerned competent authority, namely, respondent no. 3 to consider the request of the petitioner for fresh Physical Standard Test to be held and pass appropriate orders upon the application of the petitioner if presented before him along with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today.
