Ms.M.Sneha, learned Special Counsel, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3, Mr.R.U.Dinesh Raj Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2, 4 to 6 and Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 7th respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the time of admission stage itself. 3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, while studying 6th standard, because of her merit, under the orders of the Government, was allotted seat in a private listed school. Since she studied there, her rights to get reservation under 7.5% quota is deprived of. In this connection, she has sent a representation dated 19.05.2025 to the respondents. 4. At this juncture, the learned special counsel appearing for the first and third respondents fairly submitted that they would pass orders according to its https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.21867 of 2025 own merits within reasonable time. 5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6. Though there is a disputed fact, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.05.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
