On September 18, 2025 the Court had passed the following order: “Learned senior counsel for the respondents, with reference to the order dated April 16, 2021 submits that despite specific directions, the petitioners choose not to join/report to the parent department (Department of Health). Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted a day’s accommodation to seek instructions and respond. Adjourned to 22-09-2025, to be shown as case no.1” 02. Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite repeated communications, none of the petitioners has contacted his Office to pursue the matter.
