Petitioner is the member of a gang which indulges in cyber fraud. They had made phishing calls to unsuspecting members of the public and induced them to pay money on the false promise of setting up mobile towers. Accordingly, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner to reveal the ramifications of the crime is necessary. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. 3.
