Julius Riamei, learned counsel for the applicants in MC(WP(C) No. 122 of 2025. Also present Ms. Sandhyarani, learned counsel for the writ petitioner/private respondents, Mr. S. Kaminikumar, learned CGC for respondent Nos. 4 & 5 and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] By the present application, the applicants are praying for impleading as respondent Nos. 6 & 7 in WP(C) No. 502 of 2024 as they have interest in the subject matter. [3] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A., submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in terms of the application. Other learned counsel has no objection. [4] This Court has perused the application and the applicants may have interest in the subject matter. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are impleaded as respondent Nos. 6 &7 in WP(C) No. 502 of 2024. [5] Registry is directed to do necessary incorporation in the writ petition. Newly impleaded respondents are given two weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit.
