This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing of warrant of arrest dated 12.05.2025 issued in Case Crime No. 141 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC, P.S.- Nakud, District- Saharanpur, pending in the court of C.J.M, Saharanpur. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and applicant would appear before the court concerned and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously and protection may be granted till then. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant surrenders before the court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. For a period of two weeks from today or till the applicant surrenders before the court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case. 5.
