The petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent No. 2 i.e., Regional Passport Officer, Lucknow to correct the date of birth of the petitioner in his passport. 3. A supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing therewith an application allegedly sent by the petitioner to respondent No. 2 by registered post on 25.06.2025. 4. Without waiting for its outcome the petitioner has rushed to this Court. 5. Counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that the application has not been submitted by online mode. 6. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply for correction by online mode. 7. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file proper application by online mode so that the same is considered as per law.
