JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: “(i) Issue a writ of certiorari, to quash the order dated 23.08.2025 and all further proceedings in Crl. Mis 112/2025 pending before the Prl. Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Chikkamagaluru vide Annexure-A (ii) Issue any other order or direction under the facts and circumstances of the present case, to grant such other relief as this Hon'ble court would deem fit to be granted, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. This Court has passed an order on 07.11.2025 that the outstanding amount is Rs.81,000/-. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/bank submits that as on 30.10.2025 the outstanding amount is Rs.5,21,000/- and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they will approach the respondent/bank and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53877 WP No. 31676 of 2025 whatever is the outstanding amount they are ready to settle the same. 4. This Court has directed the matter to be listed on 25.11.2025 by that time the petitioner shall file an affidavit before this court when the petitioners are going to pay the outstanding amount. The matter came up yesterday and the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for time. Today also it is submitted that he is not in a position to file the affidavit. This court do not find any reasons to pass any orders in this writ petition. Accordingly, this court is passing the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is dismissed. ii.
