This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing of the entire criminal proceedings, including N.B.W. dated 11.09.2024, of Criminal Case No. 30 of 2017 (State v. Salma Begum Ansari), arising out of Case Crime No. 55 of 2014, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S.- Bhelupur, District- Varanasi, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Varanasi. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and applicant is willing to appear before the trial court concerned and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously and in accordance with law laid and till then, protection may be granted to her. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears/surrenders before the trial court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for bail, her bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5.
