2. Petitioner has sought a direction to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Dehradun to expedite disposal of Original Suit No. 324 of 2022.
3. Having regard to the huge pendency of cases before the different Courts at Dehradun, this Court is not inclined to fix any timeline for deciding the said suit.
4. However, the writ petition is
disposed of with a request to court concerned to make endeavour to decide the said suit, as early as possible.
