ORDER 02.07.2025 01. The only grievance which has been projected by the petitioners in the instant petition is that, they have preferred various representations before the respondents, which have not been accorded due consideration. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would feel satisfied in case the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the Respondents 2 to 4 to accord consideration to the said representations within some reasonable time frame, to which the learned appearing counsel for the respondents has no objection, provided the same are directed to be decided in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field. 02. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at this stage and is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Respondents 2 to 4 to accord consideration to the representations alleged to have been filed by the petitioners, which have been placed on record as Annexure-II, with the writ petition, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the rules and as per law. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the said respondents be provided to the Petitioner No. 1 through registered post. 03. It is made clear that in case the decision which is likely to be taken on the representations of the petitioners, goes against the petitioners, they shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy under law. 04.
