The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent in not considering the representations dated 23.09.2022, 25.01.2023, and 19.02.2024 in connection with the regularization of a plot in the approved layout. 2. It is submitted that this Court, in W.P.No.22954 of 2023, is granted liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate applications to respondent Nos.1 and 2 therein either for regularization of her plot in any approved layout or for constructing a building in her land, subject to the petitioner establishing her identity, possession and title to the land to the satisfaction of the authorities. 3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the representation was received with reference to building permission over a plot admeasuring 167 square yards and that the same was rejected. It is submitted that the petitioner did not submit any identity proofs, possession proofs, and as such, the respondent authorities could not proceed further in considering her representation. 4. Considering the submissions, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a fresh representation along with identity and possession proof to the 2nd respondent. Upon receipt of such representation together with the enclosures, the 2nd respondent shall duly consider the same in accordance with law and pas necessary orders adequate orders within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 4 HN, J W.P.No.3745_2025 5.
