This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioners seeking modification of order dated 23.09.2025 and extension of time to surrender. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the brief, the G.R. Case Number has been wrongly reflected as “G.R. Case No.327 of 2025” instead of “Special G.R. Case No.163 of 2025” and consequently, the same was reflected as such in the order dated 23.09.2025. 4. Perused the recitals in the I.A. and considering the submissions, the I.A. is allowed. p. 2 5. Accordingly, the G.R. Case Number be read as “Special G.R. Case No.163 of 2025”. 6. The time limit for surrender of the Petitioners as fixed in the paragraph-4 of order dated 23.09.2025 is extended for a further period of three weeks hence. 7. Rest part of order dated 23.09.2025 remains unaltered. 8. Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the earlier order dated 23.09.2025, as modified and the order passed on this day. 9.
