Petitioner pleads that he is working as Lecturer (History) in GSSS Pashakot Barot, which fall in Chhota Bhangal area of District Kangra, H.P., stated to be a difficult sub cadre area. According to the petitioner, on completion of his normal tenure at the present place of posting, he has preferred representation dated 06.12.2024 (Annexure P-3) to 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - respondent No.2 for his transfer from difficult sub cadre area, however, his representation has not been decided as yet. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today.
