This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(a). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.4 not to construct chak marg in arazi No.36M area 1.141 hectare situated at Village Dugauli, Pargana Karari, Tahsil Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi, during pendency Under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Manjhanpur, Kaushambi filed on 21.05.2025. (b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus respondent no.2 consider the application dated 09.06.2025 and 17.06.2025 (annexure no.6) within stipulated period." 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before respondent no. 3 since 21.05.2025. 4. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to conclude the proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 21.05.2025, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and as interim order was granted during the pendency of the writ petition, it shall continue till the proceeding are decided. 5. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
