Case No. 18 of 2020, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 427, 452, 120B and 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur. 3. On 17.05.2020, at about 08:20 a.m., the named accused persons went to the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and his family members, due to which, one Mahboob Alam succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused Md. Asgar and Abdul Malik have been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 14367 of 2021, while other co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur in connection with Budhai P.S.
