I have perused the document produced by learned counsel for the respondents, which shows that the payment has been made to the petitioner. The said document is taken on record. 5. In view of this, no deliberate contempt is made out against the contemnor. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed and the contempt petition is disposed of.
