1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.
2. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioners for extension of time to surrender.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that because of overwhelming circumstances, the Petitioners could not surrender within the time frame as stated.
4. Taking note of the same, it is directed that the time limit for surrender of the Petitioners as fixed in Paragraph-5 of the order dated 04.09.2025 is extended for a further period of four weeks hence.
5. Rest part of the order dated 04.09.2025 remains unaltered.
6. Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the earlier
order dated 04.09.2025 Paragraph-5 thereof as modified and the order passed on this day.
7. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
