2. The appeal is filed against an ad interim order. Learned counsel for the Appellants states that an application for vacating the interim order has already been filed. It is informed that in the case status of the matter pending before the learned Single Judge, it is listed for hearing on 29 May 2025. That being the position, considering the summer break till 18 May 2025, it is not necessary for us to interfere in appeal at this stage.
