This intra Court appeal is directed against order dated 02.04.2025 whereby the learned writ Court has observed that the application for grant of interim relief shall be considered after filing of the objections. 2. We are of the considered view that the learned writ Court though has not specified the reasons but has declined the exparte interim relief but nonetheless from the impugned order, it is implied that the learned writ Court was of the view that the respondents are required to be heard before passing any order in application for grant of interim relief. We do not find any illegality in the same. P a g e | 2 LPA No. 75/2025 CM No. 1993/2025 Accordingly, we dispose of this appeal by directing the respondents to file response by or before 21.04.2025, which is the next date fixed before the learned writ Court. Further, the Registry is directed to list WP(C) No. 743/2025 in first five cases in After Notice Column. In case the respondents fail to respond to the writ petition pending before the learned writ Court, the learned writ Court is requested to consider the application for grant of interim relief in accordance with law. 3.
