"Affidavit OF Undertaking I, Gautam U Nambisan aged about 51 years, S/o Late Mr. Unnikrishnan Nambisan, Carrying on business at No.5, 'A' Block, first floor, St. Patrick Complex, Brigade Road, Bengaluru-25, hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows: 1. I am the petitioner in the above revision petition and hence conversent with the facts of the case. 2. I have filed the above civil revision petition against the order passed in SC No. 15286/2017. I hereby undertake to quit and deliver vacant physical possession of the schedule property on or before 30/06/2026.
