This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 16.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.22956 of 2025. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing learned counsel for the Parties, this Contempt Petition is disposed of by granting one month further time to the Opp. Parties-Contemnors to comply the order passed on 16.09.2025.
