ORAL ORDER
The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing respondents to take suitable action pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner dated 23.12.2022 vide Annexure-A.
2. Heard Sri Dhananjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Harisha A.S., learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5, Sri Rishabha Raj Thakur, learned counsel for respondent Nos.6 and 7 and Sri Shanthi Bhushan, learned DSG for respondent No.8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition is limited to a direction for
consideration of the representation dated 23.12.2022, which has remained unattended by the authorities despite repeated request.
4. Learned AGA submits that the petitioner’s representation will be considered in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

5. In view of the submissions made, without adverting to the merits and demerits, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if necessary directions are issued to respondents. Accordingly, this Court pass the following:
ORDER i. The writ petition stands disposed of. ii. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 23.12.2022 at Annexure-A and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
