1. The petitioner is not represented nor has any accommodation been prayed for even in the second call.
2. The writ petition is imminently not maintainable as proceedings have commenced under the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the “SARFAESI Act”).
3. However, since the petitioner is not represented, the matter is dismissed for default.
4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
