The writ application has been preferred being aggrieved by an order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the respondent no. 3/Sub-Divisional Controller, Food and Supplies, Kandi. 3. It appears that the respondent no. 3/Sub- Divisional Controller has passed the reasoned order on considering the case of the petitioner. 4. The Sub-Divisional Controller/respondent no. 3 has categorically noted at page 10 of the order that an appeal lies against his order before the District Controller, Food and Supplies, Murshidaba. But the petitioner instead of preferring an appeal has preferred this writ application. 5. Considering the said fact, the writ application is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to prefer an appeal under the appropriate provisions of law within 15 days from the date of this 2 order. The period of delay is condoned in the interest of justice. 6. The District Controller shall make all endeavour to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law within 60 days from the date of filing of the appeal by passing a reasoned order, on hearing the parties. 7. WPA 11507 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of. 8. There will be no order as to costs. 9. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of. 10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 11.
