2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following relief(s):-
“10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records concerning the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents, for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and quash the rejection
order and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for the appointment of Training Officer. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs that may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the concerned respondent authorities, which has not been considered and decided till date.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent authorities and prayed that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent authorities to consider and decide the same within considerable time frame.
5. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority within a
3 period of 10 days ventilating her grievance along with the documents annexed with this petition and the concerned respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in a pragmatic manner within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of representation of the petitioner.
6. With the aforementioned observation/direction, instant writ petition is disposed of.
