Learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and learned counsel for respondent no.2 have vehemently opposed the petition on merits, but have not opposed the innocuous prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Heard Sri Sanjay Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Sri Awadhesh Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appeared on advance accepted notice on behalf of State-respondent nos.1 and 2 and Sri Vishnu Shankar Choubey, learned counsel appeared on advance accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.4. 4. Taking into consideration of innocuous prayer as no objection made by learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and learned counsel for respondent no.2, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer as made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, leave is granted. 5.
