The relevant portion of the order reads as under: "4. Accordingly, in the present matter also taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, the order at Annexure-L is set aside. Petition is restored before the Regional Commissioner. Petitioner to appear before the Regional Commissioner on 04.03.2024 at 3.00 p.m. The Regional Commissioner to dispose off the matter expeditiously and not later than six months.
