Ranjan Sharma, Judge The petitioner [Mahesh Bhardwaj] being a Trained Graduate Teacher [Sanskrit] has come up before this Court seeking the following reliefs: (i). That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to decide the representation [Annexure P-4] of the petitioner within a time bound period and transfer him from the present place of posting i.e. Government Senior Secondary School 2 Ghiri, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi, H.P., either to Government Middle School Kirog under complex Government Senior Secondary School Amboya, Tehsil Paonta Sahib, District Sirmour, H.P. or Government High School Jar Drabil under complex Government Senior Secondary School Bhatgarh, Tehsil Renuka, District Sirmour, H.P. against existing vacancies, keeping in view the adverse family circumstances of the petitioner as well as provision of transfer policy.” 2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as a Trained Graduate Teacher, Sanskrit in Ghiri, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi since 22.06.2019. It is further submitted that due to certain hardship the petitioner had made a representation [undated] i.e. Annexure P-4 to the Director of Elementary Education, requesting for considering his case for adjustment at the stations reflected in a representation and also mentioned in the writ petition as referred to above. 3. Prayer of the petitioner being innocuous is not opposed by the Learned State Counsel who states that 3 representation Annexure P-4 shall be considered/examined in accordance with law. 4. Without adverting to the merits of the claim and the contention raised and leaving all question opened this Court directs the Respondent No.2 Director of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, to examine the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders after affording a personal hearing to the petitioner within four weeks from today.
