Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a transport vehicle operator and his vehicle was seized by the respondents on the ground of non-payment of quarterly tax and penalty imposed thereon from 30.09.2024 to till date.
