Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the accused before the respondent-Police and the same was registered in Crime No.568 of 2022 on 29.12.2022. Though the complaint was given in the year 2022, the respondent Police has not filed final report yet. Hence, the present criminal original petition. 4.
