Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the permit yet to be allocated, is still lying vacant hence, liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned for making a request to grant the said permit in favour of the petitioner by filing appropriate application/representation which may be decided by the authorities in accordance with law in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that in case, any such claim is raised, appropriate speaking order will be passed by the competent authority within a period of 08 weeks from the date of the receipt of certified copy of this order.
