Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:110639 Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 20257 of 2025 Petitioner :- Premnath Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 8 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Prakash Veer Tripathi,Santosh Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Surendra Kumar Tiwari Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing of the impugned order dated 28.04.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 in Case/Revision No. 420 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. C202517000000420) (Ram Kishore (since deceased) through his legal heirs and others..Vs. Premnath and others) under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (Annexure no.1 to the writ petition)." 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the mutation order, a revision has been filed which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the revision. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the Revision No. 420 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. C202517000000420) (Ram Kishore (since deceased) through his legal heirs and others vs. Premnath and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
