Learned counsel for the respondents filed a memo for dismissal of the writ petition on the ground that this Court dismissed W.P. No.16517 of 2024 and W.P. No.14233 of 2024 filed by the similarly placed persons, vide order dated 10.07.2024 and 12.06.2024. The petitioners therein aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Single Judge preferred the writ appeals in W.A. Nos.1298 of 2024, 1018 of 2024, 1160 of 2024 and 1344 of 2024. 2. The Division Bench of this Court disposed of the said appeals vide common order dated 28.05.2025, whereby it quashed the provisional and final selection lists, and cancelled the examination held on 18.02.2024 and directed the KPCL to conduct a fresh examination. 3. The respondents in the said writ appeals, aggrieved by the order passed in the said writ appeals preferred a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40808 WP No. 9809 of 2025 Apex Court in S.L.P. No.21754 of 2025. The Hon'ble Apex Court dismissed the S.L.P. vide order dated 23.09.2025. In view of the same, as the Division Bench has set aside the provisional and final selection lists and cancelled the examination held on 18.02.2024, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. 4. The Memo is taken on record. 5. The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 6. In view of dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.
