JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR Order 11/02/2025 1. This criminal miscellaneous application has been filed for recalling the order dated 29.08.2024 passed in S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.534/2023, which has been dismissed on 15.10.2024 by Registrar (Judicial) in pursuance of the peremptory order passed by this Court on 29.08.2024. 2. Heard perused the record. 3. On 29.08.2024, the petitioner was directed to file extra sets & registry charges within a period of two weeks. The order was made peremptory. Due to non compliance of the order, Registrar (2 of 2) [CRLMA-75/2025] (Judicial) dismissed the criminal revision petition vide order dated 15.10.2024. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to contest the petition on merits, therefore, S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.534/2023 be restored to its original number. 5. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the order dated 29.08.2024 is recalled and S.B.
