Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 136 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 137(2) and 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed the 17 years old daughter of the Informant to leave her lawful guardianship. 4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the statement of the victim was recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S in which she has stated that she was in relationship with the petitioner since last two years. 5. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Dhanbad in connection with Madhuban P.S.
