2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 301/2024 arising out of Borio P.S. Case No. 446/2019, for the offences registered under Sections 302/376/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Sahibganj.
3. On 06.10.2019 at about 7:00 P.M., informant and his wife namely Devi Pahadin went to the house of Sonaram Madaiya and thereafter both of them slept there. In the morning, wife of the informant was found missing. On search, her dead body was recovered from a maize field behind the house of Sonaram Madaiya. It is alleged that she was raped and murdered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that co-accused namely Bishu Murmu @ Lakhi Murmu @ Lambu Murmu @ Lakhi Murmu has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 2669/2020.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and after going through the case diary, has submitted that apart from confession of co-accused, there is no material available against the petitioner on record.
6. In view the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Sahibganj in connection with S.T. Case No. 301/2024 arising out of Borio P.S. Case No. 446/2019.
