Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadohi-Gyanpur to decide temporary injunction application 8-C filed by the plaintiff/petitioner for grant of interim injunction against the defendants/respondents during the pendency of suit in respect of Arazi No. 144 area 10 Biswa situated in Village Veerampur Talika Kodh, Tehsil Gyanpur, District Bhadohi in Original Suit No.20 of 2025 (Shiv Shankar Vs. Arun Kumar Giri and others) within time bound period, which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in accordance with law and further during the pendency of the suit or till the disposal of 8-C application, the parties of the suit may kindly be directed to maintain status quo over the land in question." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadohi-Gyanpur to decide the above- mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
