No. 551 of 2025 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take suitable legal action against the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioners representation dated 16.07.2025. 2. Learned Government Counsel on instructions would submit that the petitioner’s complaint has been enquired and FIR was registered in Crime No.121 of 2025 and after registration of FIR, 2nd respondent filed final report and has been taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.676 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet and it is pending trail. 3. It is seen that subsequently there was another complaint lodged by the petitioner seeking police protection to stay in her house. Admittedly, petitioner and 3rd respondent are partners in business and there was a partnership dispute between them and now 3rd respondent is in possession and enjoyment of the house. Therefore, when the 3rd respondent is in possession and enjoyment of the property, police protection cannot be granted to enjoy the property.
