Julius Riamei, learned counsel appears for the respondents. The present contempt petition has been filed before this Court for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that challenging the said final order, an appeal has been preferred by the Department and interim stay has been granted in the aforesaid writ appeals being W.A. No. 19 of 2023 and W.A. No. 20 of 2023 before the Division Bench of this Court on 24.02.2023. Now, the said writ appeals are still pending before this Court. The petitioner in-person submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner, if succeeded in the writ appeal, liberty may be granted to file a fresh contempt petition. With the above submission, the present contempt petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner, if necessary, to file fresh contempt petition.
